Do yo think it’s possible to make a girls-dancingfilm-evening with light and healthy food? After last weekend I definitely say YES, it is!!!
Here is the recipe for the awesome Bread salad:
- green beans
- quinoa (one or two hands full, lots of protein inside!)
- whole-grain bread (per person one slice)
- fresh herbs (we took parsley and mint)
- olive oil
cut all, fry the hazelnuts for a better taste, cook the quinoa
and spread oil on your slices
after this just toast the bread and then cut it into pieces
now you can put all together in a bowl, add oil and vinegar, salt and pepper and it’s ready to eat!
to drink we made almondmilk shakes
