Vegan Applepie


160 g Margarine
140 g cane sugar
1 pinch of salt
2 packages vanilla sugar
260 g flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoons lemon (grinded)
200 ml soymilk
4 apples

1: Preheat the oven with 175°C. Stir margarine with sugar, salt and vanilla sugar until its creamy. Then mix the flour with the baking powder and the grinded lemon, add it to the other ingredients together with the soy milk.

2: Put the dough into the spring form (28 cm diameter). Peel the apples, cut them into small pieces and put them on the dough.

3: Bake the Pie for about 55 minutes with 175°C.
