Raw Pasta Carbonara

And here we go, day two of my raw food days and I found my favorite raw food dish!
As for the pasta Bolognese I made Noodles out of zucchini with the peeler. If you have a special machine you will have your zucchini noodles really fast!
So what you need is:
• zucchini (1 per person)
• 1-2 avocados
• champignons
• nutmeg
• curcuma
• parsley
• onion (only a little bit for taste)
• half till 1 cucumber
• 1 lemon
• walnuts
Give the avocado (I used one only for me, depends how creamy you want it), half or whole cucumber (depends on how much avocado you use), nutmeg, curcuma, onion, parsley, cucumber and the juice of one lemon in a blender and mix it. Chop the champignons and give it under the mixed cream, add oil and mix all with the zucchini noodles.
Put littles walnut pieces over it and ready! Easy as good and absolutely healthy!!
