Located in Bricklane, this all vegan burger place has a lot of yummy vegan chunk food to offer 😋😋😋
Different burgers, fries, vegan fried chicken, brownies and vegan ice cream 🍔🍟🍦
I had the jackfruit burger, which was just soooooo good 😍 , fried chicken balls with a mouthwatering dip and the peanut butter brownie with whipped cream 🤤 you can add ice cream to the Brownies, which I definitely do when I come back to this place!
There is a little book exchange what I love, even if I barely have the time to read when I’m traveling 😅

This awesome place looks like a butcher from outside! Actually when I came in I was wondering for one second if I confused the house number 😅 what seems like a big butchers table is all about veggie sausages and mock meat!

We visited this place already two times and are already looking forward to the next time!!! It’s located in Kreuzberg where you can sit outside in a little street of Bergmann Kiez.
We had so far the Vebab (vegan kebab) , the cheeseburger and a mixed plate with a little bit of everything! And of course a few of the different cakes, like Black Forest cake if you like it creamy or the strawberry cake with a delicious extra chocolate layer under the cake ground 😋
We definitely plan to try a lot more of the menu! There are soups, salads, more desserts and daily changing main dishes like fried mushrooms or Schnitzel!
If you don’t know this place yet, make sure to visit it soon!!

Had it already two times and surly will go for a third when visiting Amsterdam again!! Actually there’s a high chance of eating one every time I find one in Netherlands, cause it’s so good and we don’t have it in Berlin 😉 till now!!
It’s said that the Weedburger is one of the healthiest burgers on the planet! It’s key flavor maker is seaweed and the green color of the bun comes from the superfood chlorella. So it’s not only fully vegan but also super healthy! And by the way absolutely tasty !
Check out their website to find out more and to know about the places you can have one!
The last one I ate I found at De Foodhallen, a big streetfood market in Amsterdam near Vondelpark.
So here we are, hungry vegan food hunters tracking down a colorful flyer promise of non profit, 100% vegan food that we found hanging on the blackboard of our favorite of all yoga studios: Jivamukti. Arrived in Hackney with roaring stomachs we don’t get disapointed of the menu – no we are in sheer delight of all the variety that is offered here! There is so much that we want to try, so we decide to take three main menus and starters and share them between us. Whilst we eagerly eye the cakes on the counter we know It will take a looong time until we leave this place and we get comfortable with a Hot Chocolate topped with marshmallows.
While we are waiting for our orders we explore the shop and find lots of bargains like a lovely Jutebeutel for 5 Pounds and a pizza cheese for 1.50. You can find snacks, chocolate bars, faux meat and cheese, vegan household items and there is also a lot of interesting books about Veganism, Vegan cookery books or also anarchy literature. Everything is really cheap, of course because it is a non profit shop. Yeah!
The Main dishes are all really tasty and we feel that everything is homemade and fresh. We find out that we all three think that the Seitan Sandwich tastes outstanding good and we like the Lentil Pie with Mashed potato and Kale. The Burger is of course amazing as well. Its the first time for us to try a sausage baked in a bread roll and we wonder how this could happen?!
We can’t behave and order our cakes and brownies with whipped cream and large scoops of ice cream and have an amazing munch on the end of an amazing munch! Life is good with places like these! We are grateful to have found such an affordable, graceful, pleasure bringing institution and plan a return as soon as we can. meoooow!
Let me introduce to the place that I not only love the most right now but even makes London, which is my new temporary home, for me a much more enjoyable place. It truly has become a benediction to me and although it is very different to any place in Berlin its atmosphere reminds me very much of my old home base.
Hidden from the noisy tourist streams of Covent Garden, Wild Food Cafe lays embraced by colored houses and lots of greenery in 1st Floor of Neal’s Yard. Like an Island of colorful bliss it is giving way to delicious raw and vegan food art.
The food served is freshly prepared by the lovely staff, aaall of them look very happy and loving. You can watch them while they prepare your food because the kitchen is centered in the middle of the tables. It reminds me of my old commune that I used to live in (yes me the ol hippy kid 😉 ) just because of the large tables where everybody sits together and of course the many arty and alternative people.
This combination of atmosphere and my favorite food: raw, tasty, colorful and prepared with love, is what makes this place so outstanding according to me.
Now let’s get to the menu. What I tried first were the smoothies. They only have two kinds: green smoothie and chocolate smoothie, both raw with lots of superfoods. Therefor they cost 6 pounds which is an alright price for the amount of superfoods used. I do hope they get a larger variety though.
Next is a starter menu or a snack for in between: Raw Coconut cheese with wild olives and raw bread. This was really delicious and is about 5 quid altogether which makes it very affordable.
The next time I went we had the big orders: Wild Food Burger and Ayurvedic Rainbow salad. The small Salads on the menu turn out to be amazingly big and all the wild herbs and superfoods used are simply great. I would not make so much effort to make a salad like that at home so once in a while this is an amazing treat. The Burger was great too. Intense flavors and happy tummy
I really love how they decorate everything so nicely like with dried edible wild flowers! For Dessert I want to return as quickly as possible because I want to taste the humongous wild berry raw choc cake. I saw it and it looks mouthwatering! We only treated ourselves with some very yummy raw chia seed, cacao and goji berries balls
What I found to be very special is that they do homemade nut butters in large grinders which peacefully grind next to you while you’re eating 🙂
They also offer raw food cooking classes if you’re interested in that. And there’s also a blackboard where you can find out about workshops, events, healing of all kinds and sorts.
Hope you find an opportunity to visit this amazing place and love it as much as me.

Sun Day Burgers are soooooo delicious!! I had them last week the first time, but I’m already a big fan!! 🙂
There are two shops of it, where you can get their great burgers, smoothies/green smoothies and desserts! One is in Markthalle Neun in Kreuzberg, Eisenbahnstraße 42, near underground station Görlitzer Bahnhof and the other one at the flee market at the Mauerpark in Bernauerstraße, Prenzlauer Berg.
The burgers are great! But what I’m still thinking l of is the raw yoghurt which I had there as dessert!! Rawghurt !!! Just good and healthy! It’s made out of fermented cashews and with spices and dates its a perfect dessert, breakfast or snack for all occasions 😉 so it’s time for me to learn how to make it or to visit Sun Day Burgers more often! But also the chocolate brownies looked delicious!
They also sell superfoods!
So take your chance and get these great burgers and I absolutely recommend to try also the rawghurt!! 🙂
Watch out http://www.sundayburgers.com for opening times!!
A new vegan place to eat in Rome 🙂 !! And it’s actually the first vegan fast food chain with shops in different italian cities like Milan, Verona, Turin and Rome 🙂
With their philosophy of respecting all animals and nonviolence for all life, they use only natural products, strictly vegan products of course, and give also importance to regional products.
You’ll find there bagels, burger, focaccia, sandwiches, hotdogs, vegan kebab, Piadina which is there called Veghina and is filled with various things! One of my favourites, directly after the Saitan Tonnato, which is something like a tuna sandwich, is the Veghina chocolate !!!
There are 2 shops in Rome, on in Trastevere, in Piazza di Santa, Rufina 6 , and one in Campo de’Fioro at Piazza del Patadiso 18.
For the other cities watch out:
