And again we tested a food delivery! By now you might know that we love to order food 😜😜😜
This time we tried a few things of Green Garden delivery and are absolutely excited about it!! Not everything is vegan but we found some really nice vegan foods on their menu! There are also a lot of extra ingredients which you can add to everything like dried tomatoes, artichokes or vegetable quinoa! If you want you can order completely gluten and sugar free! And of course fully vegan! They even told me on the phone that the salad sauce is not vegan because of the vinegar! And this really is advanced vegan knowledge which should be given with every food delivery! 🤓 Continue reading Green Garden delivery
This weekend I had the chance to take part at a super interesting and funny workshop about raw food, clean eating and healthy food at Superfran’s Feinkost Manufaktur in Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin!!
I already had a fabulous raw food dinner there and was super excited to know more about how to create these delicious rawfood dishes! And as I’m always interested in lifting up my nutrition always to a healthier one, learning more about a raw food diet was the perfect occasion! That’s the thing with Berlin: there is such a huge amount of ever expanding vegan discoveries to be explored that it’s difficult to keep up with it all sometimes.
That’s why we are quite happy if people get in touch with us about suggestions, letting us know about new vegan spots or new vegan dishes on the menu.
This is how we found out about Sixty Degrees, who are a vegetarian coffee shop, serving speciality coffee, breakfasts, lunch, sandwiches, smoothies, cakes and a lovely typical Berliner atmosphere with a book exchange corner and changing art exibitions. Continue reading Sixty Degrees
So here we are, hungry vegan food hunters tracking down a colorful flyer promise of non profit, 100% vegan food that we found hanging on the blackboard of our favorite of all yoga studios: Jivamukti. Arrived in Hackney with roaring stomachs we don’t get disapointed of the menu – no we are in sheer delight of all the variety that is offered here! There is so much that we want to try, so we decide to take three main menus and starters and share them between us. Whilst we eagerly eye the cakes on the counter we know It will take a looong time until we leave this place and we get comfortable with a Hot Chocolate topped with marshmallows.
While we are waiting for our orders we explore the shop and find lots of bargains like a lovely Jutebeutel for 5 Pounds and a pizza cheese for 1.50. You can find snacks, chocolate bars, faux meat and cheese, vegan household items and there is also a lot of interesting books about Veganism, Vegan cookery books or also anarchy literature. Everything is really cheap, of course because it is a non profit shop. Yeah!
The Main dishes are all really tasty and we feel that everything is homemade and fresh. We find out that we all three think that the Seitan Sandwich tastes outstanding good and we like the Lentil Pie with Mashed potato and Kale. The Burger is of course amazing as well. Its the first time for us to try a sausage baked in a bread roll and we wonder how this could happen?!
We can’t behave and order our cakes and brownies with whipped cream and large scoops of ice cream and have an amazing munch on the end of an amazing munch! Life is good with places like these! We are grateful to have found such an affordable, graceful, pleasure bringing institution and plan a return as soon as we can. meoooow!
Happy that I had the opportunity to be at the first brunch of new vegan cafe Laauma in Friedrichshain!!
Many cute things to eat like little mushrooms made of tomato, some vegetable cream and mushroom 😉
Self made bread spreads and warm dishes and also sweet things like French toast, crepes, self made chocolate cream, cake and fresh fruits with rise whip :))))
Super healthy stuff like quinoa salad and raw vegetables!
For coming brunches there will be even more raw food and you can take your brunch with a picnic basket and go in one of the two parks next to Laauma!
The brunch is taking part every second Saturday of the month!
To be sure to don’t miss one just check their homepage:
Just found a new vegan, beautiful and super cute place in Paris 🙂
Lately this this place, Café Ginger, changed from vegetarian to vegan! They have super delicious and healthy food! It’s only open for lunch time and you can choose between different lunch menu combinations like the Tarte Café Ginger which is served with many many healthy sides like quinoa, humus, lentils, salads, beetroot noodles and vegetables, together with a soup, a juice or a dessert… Or of course all together!
I decided for the Tarte with pumpkin and mushrooms, juice and as dessert a raw carrot cake!!
The place is right next to Bastille with also tables to sit outside!
Find it in 9 Rue Jacques Coeur
Already had the chance to eat one of these amazing vegan hot dogs in Berlin one time and now eating it in Brooklyn again!
The location where they are offered change so check out the homepage http://www.yeahdawgvegan.com or Facebook page!
This time we found it at vegan pop up market taking place in Pine Box Rock Shop!
Sadly I couldn’t go inside because I had no ID with me, so don’t forget this if you wanna enter in a place here which is in or belongs to a bar!
Luckily outside were also a few things and the rest was up to Sünne to explore 🙂
Big luck that also Yeah Dawg was outside!!
Found this first on the Vegan Pop-up marked and really really hope we’ll make it also to the restaurant the next days! There’s also another vegan sushi restaurant belonging to Beyond Sushi in east Manhattan!
This sushi made with brown rice and fresh vegetables tastes absolutely amazing and is served with different sauces, a soy sauce which is low in salt and of course wasabi and ginger!
So good! Will definitely try at home to make also sushi like this!!!

For sure the healthiest doughnuts you’ll find in New York! All made completely vegan!
Was one if my first stops in New York after I found their page through Happy Cow and I definitely could go there every day 😉
There are a nice variety of doughnuts, homemade ice cream and a Sunday with ice cream and doughnut!!!
