Walking through Bricklane in London and passing by this place, i just had to go inside even with having breakfast right before 😋
and it actually was more than worth it!! The kitchen is a Korean Italian fusion 😍 a lot of fermented and super healthy things to eat there!!
I had a kimchi soup with coal bread which was super delicious and kept me warm again after freezing outside a bit 🔥
And I tried FINALLY the first time butterflypea tea and got with it homemade focaccia baked with curcuma and homemade Nutella 😍😍😍
And of course I had to take a Mochi as well! Mochi is a rise ball filled with a cream of beans. But this ones are even surrounded with chocolate 😱
This really was the best one I ever ate 😍😍😍 the chocolate around makes it so perfect!
There is so much more to explore, which I definitely will do when I come back to London!! 💘 on my list for next time is the kimchi lasagne, Naples kimchi bibimbap and for sure more of the homemade Nutella and Mochis 💃💃💃
It’s the end of the year and we are looking back to a lot of vegan places, we had the chance to visit, vegan food we ate in restaurants, got delivered or cooked by ourselves and many beautiful human beings we met while exploring the vegan world 🌱🌍
There is not much to say, looking at all the pictures we made, we are feeling just grateful for all places we saw, people we met and seeing that there are actually so many people out there who really care about this planet and all live on it! Thank you to everyone from all our heart!!! ❤️
So the year started with eating vegan Cupcake in Amsterdam at Cafe Vegabond
And again we tested a food delivery! By now you might know that we love to order food 😜😜😜
This time we tried a few things of Green Garden delivery and are absolutely excited about it!! Not everything is vegan but we found some really nice vegan foods on their menu! There are also a lot of extra ingredients which you can add to everything like dried tomatoes, artichokes or vegetable quinoa! If you want you can order completely gluten and sugar free! And of course fully vegan! They even told me on the phone that the salad sauce is not vegan because of the vinegar! And this really is advanced vegan knowledge which should be given with every food delivery! 🤓 Continue reading “Green Garden delivery”→
After one month without internet, I am finally back and have good advices for vegan travellers through Cuba! It was not as easy as I thought, the fresh and big mangos and avocados I had in mind, where not really easy to find on the streets and the supermarkets were full of rum, but neither fruits and vegetables nor even water. So at the end all was more difficult but still possible!
I made out 2 vegetarian restaurants which were really nice, found out the best ways to stay fit in a country, where the portions in the evening are big and heavy!! And all what you have to know to stay good and healthy and …. vegan 🙂
see the following posts!….
But first one thing which is worth mentioning it! I actually had the first time a real vegan menu in the flight!! But not only this, it looked so much more tasty, that my boyfriend, who got something like cheesy Maccaroni, wanted also the vegan menu! But what impressed me the most, was the margarine (see picture), because that nearly all types of margarine are not vegan is advanced vegan knowledge 😉 oh, and not to forget: as dessert one of my favorites… Apple crumple!!! So, a good start and hopefully in future, more airleines understand that cheese and butter are not vegan! 🙂
