I can’t believe it that I didn’t checked Happy Cow good enough to find out that Rome has a whole vegan ice cream shop!! Luckily I had still a free day left as I was teaching nearly every day yoga and stretching classes 😅
This place is not only awesome because it has only vegan ice cream, but of its special way to produce it!! It’s all made of olive oil!! And as I am the biggest olive oil lover this place was heaven for me!!
Of course the different tastes are not all olive oil flavored! Actually you’ll taste nothing of olive oil in it! But it makes such a creamy consistence for flavores like Lolla Nonna, which is like Nutella, peanut or steccialtella!
It took me a quite while to choose my flavors because there where a lot i never tried before, like white wine, red wine, black sesame and and and 🙂🙃🙂
So I decided for Goji, green tea, Lolla Nonna and coconut! Later I got to taste a bit of the olive oil ice cream and it was sooo delicious only with a really soft taste of olive oil! For me it could even have been more 😜
But that’s still not all! They have ice cream on a stick and a few different cakes, made of olive oil base as well 😍😍😍
I don’t have to mention that I had to take also an ice cream on a stick 😅
This by far is my favorite ice cream place in Rome and I can’t wait to come back to taste a lot more of all these, I guess over 30, different flavored 😆😆😆

It took a while and was long planned but finally I made it to post about a very special place for me here in Berlin !! Cupcake Berlin 💘
When I came to Berlin this place was the first one, I ate consciously something which was 100 percent vegan! Of course I ate a lot of vegan things before without thinking about it, but never something delicious like one of these cupcakes, which were at this time not so easy to find vegan! At this time I still was vegetarian but with eating this cupcake and seeing that I still could eat everything, one of the first steps to a vegan diet was made!! Continue reading Cupcake Berlin
As a big raw food lover it was absolutely about time to check out Superfran’s Feinkost Manufaktur! So happy that Berlin has always more and more options to have raw food!!
At Superfran’s I had big difficulties to decide what to eat because everything on their menu just sounds so good! I already know that I really have to try everything!! Continue reading Superfran’s Feinkost Manufaktur
This weekend I had the chance to take part at a super interesting and funny workshop about raw food, clean eating and healthy food at Superfran’s Feinkost Manufaktur in Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin!!
I already had a fabulous raw food dinner there and was super excited to know more about how to create these delicious rawfood dishes! And as I’m always interested in lifting up my nutrition always to a healthier one, learning more about a raw food diet was the perfect occasion! That’s the thing with Berlin: there is such a huge amount of ever expanding vegan discoveries to be explored that it’s difficult to keep up with it all sometimes.
That’s why we are quite happy if people get in touch with us about suggestions, letting us know about new vegan spots or new vegan dishes on the menu.
This is how we found out about Sixty Degrees, who are a vegetarian coffee shop, serving speciality coffee, breakfasts, lunch, sandwiches, smoothies, cakes and a lovely typical Berliner atmosphere with a book exchange corner and changing art exibitions. Continue reading Sixty Degrees
We visited this place already two times and are already looking forward to the next time!!! It’s located in Kreuzberg where you can sit outside in a little street of Bergmann Kiez.
We had so far the Vebab (vegan kebab) , the cheeseburger and a mixed plate with a little bit of everything! And of course a few of the different cakes, like Black Forest cake if you like it creamy or the strawberry cake with a delicious extra chocolate layer under the cake ground 😋
We definitely plan to try a lot more of the menu! There are soups, salads, more desserts and daily changing main dishes like fried mushrooms or Schnitzel!
If you don’t know this place yet, make sure to visit it soon!!

First time on a vegan mission in Köln and the first vegan restaurant I found was directly super nice!!
Actually I only was looking for some small snack before going to sleep, like a dessert, but as I saw the big Buffett with too many tasty looking things, I just had to try this!! And of course the dessert!! 😜
The Buffett is changing and has a variety of different things to taste like sushi, antipasti, cheese salad, lentils, fried vegetables, chili sin carne, lasagne, soup, German dishes like Knödel, bread and aioli. You can choose between doing one plate for around 10 euro or all you can eat for 16 euro!! As I am a big fan of brunches, already this was heaven for me, but of course the food was super tasty too! Had two non vegan friends with me and if they like it too it’s always a good sign 😉
I had a nice talk with the owner of this place and she told me that they do sometimes theme weeks with typical food from Africa or Austria for example! And in future there will be soon a Sunday’s brunch! Guess I have to come more often to Cologne 😅
Besides the every evening buffet you can order from the menu. There are a lot of different things to order. Maybe next time I’m going for a Schnitzel! But for dessert defiantly tiramisu again!!! One of the best I had for sure!!
Find it near Köln main station in
Hamburger Straße 2a
A super nice and cool place! Already on the way to this place while asking for directions a man directly knew about what place I was talking and recommended it so highly and heartedly that I we were even more looking forward to this raw food oasis! Especially after he said that all people there look so healthy 😉
After finally arriving we needed quiet a time to choose from all this delicious things in the menu!
At the end we decided for raw vegan pancakes, curry (my first raw good curry actually) and a super delicious blueberry cake!
There was so much more in the menu like raw pizza, pasta, breakfast things, smoothies, juices, salads, desserts and and and !!
The price for such high quality raw food cuisine was absolutely fair and we want to come back very very soon!!
Find it in 110 Talbot Road, Notting Hill
http://www.namafoods.com for opening time and menu and find also out about their detox and food cleansing programs !!
In this vegetarian whole food restaurant you can have a delicious lunch buffet between 12 and 15:30pm or dine in the evening à la carte from 17:30 till 22:30pm!
A really healthy way to have lunch! For the buffet you can choose from nutritious salads like spinach avocado salad and tasty hot dishes like filled tomatoes or Saitan steaks. And of course you can eat as much as you want!
Lunch Buffet is around 8 pounds if I remember well, so for organic food a more than faire price!
Relaxed atmosphere and nice people, definitely I place I want to come back when I’m in London again!! 🙂
