Lab organic in Covent Garden, London

This almost fully raw eatery and juice bar strikes the heart of anyone who is into clean eating and plant based diet. All the high quality ingredients that are being used there are juiced, blended, mixed and created into healthy and delicious treats that are boosting your system with all the goodness of fresh veg, greens and fruit and lots of superfoods. The atmosphere is spa like, everything looks freshly prepared and appealing. I tried several of their cold pressed juices, smoothies, raw cakes and also courgetties that came with a great tomato sauce that also tasted very fresh. Everything at lab organic tastes amazing and my favourite is the recharge smoothie with a cold brew coffee.

You can also order juice cleanses if you need a detox πŸ˜‰

Definitely check them out!

Cafe Ever, Hoxton

Last Sunday we discovered a new all vegan cafe in London. Based on Hoxton street and just around the corner from Shoreditch park. Without exaggerating I have to say that the coffee that we got served there was probably one of the best in my life! They used a malatesta Italian roast. The cakes were good, not too sweet. The lemon cake had edible pink glitter sprinkled allover, which I thought to be very exciting πŸ™‚ The other cake was a peanut butter chocolate cake. Definitely a good first impression and I’ll drop by for another coffee fix asap.

Tanya’s cafe, raw food heaven in London

Visiting Tanya’s was an experience that I have been looking forward to since a long time already. I’ve been following Tanya on social media since a year or so and finally I had the chance to go and try all the goodness that I’ve been drooling over for all this timeπŸ˜‹

And I wasn’t disappointed because everything tasted beyond imagination and I had to wonder over possible ingredients and preparation technique, although you can’t call me a newbie regarding raw food preparation!

We ordered a platter for 2 with raw tacos, raw noodles, raw pizza, raw pad thai, raw caviar and raw sushi plus kale chips on the side. Unfortunately there was no room in our bellies for desert so that will have to be saved for the next time😍 instead we opted for a green juice to go.

If you’re a raw food fanatic like me, then this is a highlight that is not to be missed! And if you’re not, then you’re in for a good surprise because after this you will be. Haha πŸ˜‰

Ms. Cupcake, London

Checked out this vegan hot spot in Brixton last week end. If you’re a Vegan you most probably heard of Ms. Cupcake vegan Bakery and their almost world famous vegan cupcakes. They are even that amazing that the Whole Foods Market chain has taken them into their repertoire.
We tried the Mango and Strawberry Cupcake,Β the double Chocolate Swirl and the salted Caramel Ice cream pot.
Would have loved to try more but it was already more than enough to leave us tumbling around Brockwell Park on a sugarhigh, lovestoned and satisfied in the sunshine. It was indeed a very naughty day, because after the park we went to Herne Hill and ate chips with ketchup in a pub, tehehe. Lovely!

So if ya wanna please your tastebuds like us go find Ms. Cupcake in Brixton
408 Coldharbour Lane, Brixton London SW9 8LF –
Open on Sunday-Wednesday 10-7 and Thursday-Saturday 10-8.

Or just pick one up at any Whole Foods Markets in London!
