Super nice vegan restaurant and health food store!
You’ll find there a lot of organic products, super foods and many other super healthy foods!
I only had the chance to try their raw ice cream, which was delicious but all the rest looked sooooo delicious as well! All is 100% raw vegan, gluten & sugar free, organic, sustainable, fair trade, local, seasonal and communal !! We’ll definitely come back for some raw lasagne or cake !
Hope to be there really soon again!!

Checking out the vegan places in Amsterdam and found this great place!!
Vegabond Café in the center of Amsterdam is a whole vegan Café which serves many sugar and gluten free options and raw food!
The tofu scramble sandwich is very good! It’s with home made mayo and avocado!
Perfect addition: the hot choco coco drink with whipped cream! And maybe a cupcake 😉
They have also wraps, smoothies and a lot of raw food energy balls, cakes and brownies!
It’s located in an organic shop, so you can sit nicely inside or outside on the street with a nice view over the one of Amsterdam’s beautiful canals, Lilien Gracht and afterwards do your shopping there!

Visiting Tanya’s was an experience that I have been looking forward to since a long time already. I’ve been following Tanya on social media since a year or so and finally I had the chance to go and try all the goodness that I’ve been drooling over for all this time😋
And I wasn’t disappointed because everything tasted beyond imagination and I had to wonder over possible ingredients and preparation technique, although you can’t call me a newbie regarding raw food preparation!
We ordered a platter for 2 with raw tacos, raw noodles, raw pizza, raw pad thai, raw caviar and raw sushi plus kale chips on the side. Unfortunately there was no room in our bellies for desert so that will have to be saved for the next time😍 instead we opted for a green juice to go.
If you’re a raw food fanatic like me, then this is a highlight that is not to be missed! And if you’re not, then you’re in for a good surprise because after this you will be. Haha 😉

This super hip and new food store in Berlin Mitte is a real health oasis!
You’ll find many smoothies, fresh juices, salads, dishes with rice or quinoa and other raw food goodies like caramel slices and kale chips!
My favorite smoothy so far is Choc Choc grave with almond milk and raw cacao nips!
They have also wheat grass and ginger shots!
There is a nice outside area where you can sit nicely in one of the side streets near Hackischer Markt.
If you are lazy at home or at work you also can order in the midday or evening!
We would highly recommend this place if you want to eat healthy and hang out at a cool place!!

After a lot of tasty (but also heavy) food in Cuba, and inspiration of people already doing it, I decided to make a few raw food days!
Breakfast was an easy thing as I didn’t had to change something: a big fruit smoothy with nuts! Same for evening: a big salad with all greens veggies and also nuts in side, or a nice green smoothy if you really want to be cleaned up from inside!
Only for lunch I had to improve my normal dishes. As I cooked lately a lot if Italian stuff, I decided to make raw versions of exactly these!
So here the classic: pasta pomodoro but raw!
• zucchinis (one per person)
• 6 tomatoes
• 1 carrot
• celery (handful)
• a big handful of walnuts
• a few champions
• onion and garlic after taste
• olive oil virgin extra
First you have to make pasta out of the zucchinis. I used a normal peeler so you have more something like linguini. But there is also an extra thing for it!
Then cut tomatoes, carrot, celery, parsley, onion and garlic and mix it well! Add a little juice of lemon and oil. Cut the champions in small pieces and give it to the sauce without mixing it anymore. Put the sauce over your noodles and give walnut pieces over it.
It’s time to write about an incredible place in Berlin!! Veganz! It’s one of the first vegan supermarkets and has everything you need!! Fruits and vegetables, ice cream, pizza, cheese, sausages and all kind of Tofu, Tempeh and Seitan creations, raw food, cosmetics and and and!!
Also you can take a snack there directly. There is place to sit and the cakes are great!!
But the best is yet to come… Every Sunday you can have there a fabulous brunch with many raw delicacies!

Just came home from a great lunch at Cafe Lebensfroh. This is a place to eat and enjoy life in Kreuzberg where you definetly should go if you have the change! This almost vegan restaurant has many rawfood dishes, cakes, shakes, smoothies, interesting books to read there about healthy nutrition and even a room to play for children.
We had today: raw zucchini soup, raw sandwich with corn-bread, a healthy shake with cashew milk and maca, raw walnut pineapple tart and another tasty sandwich, apple pie and raw cocoa pralines 😉
