This year couldn’t start any better with finally exploring the vegan Vietnamese restaurant soy in Berlin Mitte!!

I was about time to finally see this place because it’s really awesome! The restaurant is located next to Volksbühne at Rosa Luxemburg Platz and you can see it while you are sitting inside through the big windows!

Cupcake Berlin

It took a while and was long planned but finally I made it to post about a very special place for me here in Berlin !! Cupcake Berlin 💘

When I came to Berlin this place was the first one, I ate consciously something which was 100 percent vegan! Of course I ate a lot of vegan things before without thinking about it, but never something delicious like one of these cupcakes, which were at this time not so easy to find vegan! At this time I still was vegetarian but with eating this cupcake and seeing that I still could eat everything, one of the first steps to a vegan diet was made!!

For me there are not many things as relaxing as a warm cup of tea in my hand maybe a good book and a candle next to me 😻 As a big tea lover I’m drinking every day one liter green tea already in the morning! I start my day with tea and I love to end it with tea 💚 And so I’m always looking for new tea creations 💖🍵

Vegan recap 2016 -restaurants, cooking and vegan holidays

It’s the end of the year and we are looking back to a lot of vegan places, we had the chance to visit, vegan food we ate in restaurants, got delivered or cooked by ourselves and many beautiful human beings we met while exploring the vegan world 🌱🌍

There is not much to say, looking at all the pictures we made, we are feeling just grateful for all places we saw, people we met and seeing that there are actually so many people out there who really care about this planet and all live on it! Thank you to everyone from all our heart!!! ❤️

Green Garden delivery

And again we tested a food delivery! By now you might know that we love to order food 😜😜😜

This time we tried a few things of Green Garden delivery and are absolutely excited about it!! Not everything is vegan but we found some really nice vegan foods on their menu! There are also a lot of extra ingredients which you can add to everything like dried tomatoes, artichokes or vegetable quinoa! If you want you can order completely gluten and sugar free! And of course fully vegan! They even told me on the phone that the salad sauce is not vegan because of the vinegar! And this really is advanced vegan knowledge which should be given with every food delivery! 🤓

Lunch Vegaz – vegan delivery Berlin

And again we are testing a Berlin delivery service, and this time even a fully vegan one!! 🌱😻💚

Lunch Vegaz is currently offering 8 lunch boxes, and soon they plan to offer 30!! This healthy food boxes are strictly prepared with fresh organic ingredients, without any flavor enhancers or preservatives.

Superfran’s Feinkost Manufaktur

As a big raw food lover it was absolutely about time to check out Superfran’s Feinkost Manufaktur! So happy that Berlin has always more and more options to have raw food!!

At Superfran’s I had big difficulties to decide what to eat because everything on their menu just sounds so good! I already know that I really have to try everything!!
